I'm Andrea.

As a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach, I help women (especially new moms) transform their bodies and minds. From toning up to building muscle, from restoring energy to renewing of the mind, my goal is to meet each person where they're at.​

I'm a wife to an exceptional husband, mother to the happiest (and cutest) baby boy, and daughter to two incredibly supportive parents.  ​

 

In my free time, I love baking with a vinyl record spinning in the background, wrapping gifts like it’s a Pinterest competition, planning holiday parties, and volunteering at church.

 

My FASTer Way journey has been anything but conventional, but it's been incredibly transformational. After overcoming my all-or-nothing mentality, I managed to lose over 20 pounds and maintain my milk supply.
